Make cutting small food items simpler by using our Mini Slicer

The V-Shape Slicer Mini is excellent for cutting:

fruits and vegetables – it is particularly appropriate for small round food items such as strawberries, radishes, leeks, small onions, etc.
salami and bacon.

thinly slicing radishes — A mini mandoline slicer is especially suitable for slicing small, rounded fruits and vegetables that are difficult to slice by hand or with larger food slicers.

High-quality blade and safe use

The mini version of our slicer has the following advantages:

a very sharp v-shaped blade, which makes it easier to slice tough food items;
various thickness settings – from the thickness of a sheet of paper up to 3 millimeters;
a food container with a special holder, which allows you to cut the smallest of food items absolutely safely and to the last slice.
simple and fast slicing of equal thickness;
non-slip feet, that enable safe cutting without the risk of slippage. When slicing food into a container, fit the slicer to the edge of the container and ensure your counter will stay clean;
a blade-locking feature that prevents you from cutting yourself while cleaning or storing the slicer.

Cleaning

Wash the slicer before first use. Wash it under warm running water immediately after use and leave it to dry. To preserve the blade, never wash the slicer in the dishwasher.

WARNING: The blade is extremely sharp – during cleaning and storage always keep the slicer locked!

Materials

The blade is made of laser-sharpened stainless steel, the housing and regulator are made of ABS plastic and the non-slip feet are made of Evoprene.
